A Night of Craftsmanship and Luxury: Bakes & Kropp’s Craft Ale & Caviar Event with Sub-Zero
On a memorable evening at the A&D Building, Bakes & Kropp Fine Cabinetry, in collaboration with Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Cove, hosted a successful tasting event, “Craft Ale & Caviar.” The night was a celebration of luxury design, exceptional craftsmanship, and culinary excellence, attracting a packed house filled with great energy and excitement.
The atmosphere was lively as architects, interior designers, and clientele mingled and engaged in dynamic conversations. It was a unique opportunity for industry professionals to connect, share insights, and explore the latest trends in high-end cabinetry and home design. Guests had the chance to tour Bakes & Kropp’s stunning showroom and meet Bob Bakes and Paul Kropp, experiencing firsthand the artistry and meticulous attention to detail that define their custom cabinetry offerings.
One of the evening’s highlights was the intriguing menu of pairings of craft ales and gourmet hors d'oeuvres carefully curated by Sub-Zero’s Chef Phillip Raspanti. The selections were stationed in both showrooms to encourage networking and movement through the spaces. Favorites included Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier paired with American sturgeon caviar on a cucumber with dill and lemon crème fraiche, Dogfish Head 60-Minute IPA paired with a basil pesto, Calabrian chili, and parmesan pinsa, and Left Hand Milk Stout perfectly matched with a dark chocolate ganache tartlet with Maldon salt and orange zest. Each pairing was designed to enhance the flavors and create an unforgettable tasting experience for all attendees.
